![]() System for collection of sorted waste via multi-room waste container
专利摘要:
Residential dwellers sort waste and place the individual waste types in the individual rooms in multi-room waste containers (1). Empty multi-room waste container (1) in buffer container (2), which is also compartmentalized. Buffer container (2) is emptied via special rail into space-divided container part (5) (6), so that the individual waste types remain separated. The buffer container (2) has a damper (3) and during the horizontal movement across the container part (5) (6) the damper (3) is stationary, so that waste due to gravity can freely fall through the rail (4). A weighing system in a buffer container is an option, so that any can be charged for the exact amount of recyclable material of the individual waste types submitted. 公开号:DK201600467A1 申请号:DKP201600467 申请日:2016-08-11 公开日:2017-09-18 发明作者:Brian Eriksen 申请人:Brian Eriksen; IPC主号:

Newsworthy: The situation today in the area of waste treatment is that around the municipalities you either have a one-bin solution, where all types of waste are collected unsorted and subsequently burned off, which gives a low degree of recycling, or a multi-bucket solution, where the waste is sorted and the recycling rate is higher. The latter requires space from the homeowner, and several different refuse cars need to be emptied, which is either a costly circumstance or results in longer intervals between empties and thus a service deterioration for the user. The invention, which is the subject of this publication, is a comprehensive system for collecting sorted waste from households such as semi-detached houses, which ensures a high recycling rate. The system includes a plurality of multi-room waste containers - one located at each detached house as well as a mobile unit for collecting waste from these multi-room waste containers. The sorting itself is done by the residents of the semi-detached house, who thus ensure that the right types of waste are put in the right rooms in the multi-room waste bin. The multi-room waste bin has a given number of rooms each with a given size depending on the municipality or similar body's choice of waste types to be collected. The multi-room waste bin has wheels so that renovation workers can easily transport it to the mobile unit. The mobile unit has a compartmentalized container portion corresponding to the number of compartments in the multi-room waste container. Emptying a multi-room waste container is done in a buffer container which has a bottom damper. This buffer container is passed over the container part via a special rail system with holes, and via these the contents of the buffer container are emptied into the container part. A weighing system in a buffer container is an option so that exact quantities of recycled material can be charged for the individual waste types that are submitted. The container part has bottom flaps under each compartment and is emptied via these. For the waste types where necessary, compression is introduced into the given compartments in the container section. The invention differs significantly from existing solutions in the following ways: • It is a single multi-room waste container that ensures both a high recycling rate, occupies not significantly more space with the user than other single bucket solutions, and has a simple and resource-efficient discharge principle that corresponds temporarily to a ordinary one-bucket solution. • In the solution it is possible to incorporate a weighing system, so that users can receive money for the recycled material he submits (similar to the pledge system) • The solution principle can be used for large garbage as well. Here, the multi-room waste container should be disregarded, and the buffer container must have a slightly different design. Detailed Description of the Invention via Drawing References: The description is based on figures placed at the end of this document (page 5). That is, parts 2-8 System description: The complete system for collection of sorted waste via multi-room waste bin (henceforth called the "Invention") consists mainly of a multi-room waste bin (1) located at each semi-detached house etc. and a mobile unit for collecting waste from these multi-room waste containers. The latter consists of a buffer container (2) in which the multi-room waste container (1) is emptied, a rail (4) for emptying the buffer container and a space-divided container part (5) (6) for the various types of waste. The container part (5) (6) is located on a bottom frame (7) which can be mounted on a "standard" truck (9) of the kind which e.g. can carry items similar to a shipping container (henceforth called the "vehicle"). A more "integrated" device could also be an option. Text associated with Figure 2 Residential dwellers fill defined waste types in the multi-room waste bin (1). 5 rooms are shown in the drawing. More or fewer rooms may also be applicable. The size (width) of the rooms will be adapted to the municipality or similar body's choice of waste types. The individual waste types could e.g. be: metal, plastic, glass, organic waste and combustible residue .. No covers are shown in the drawing, but it will be in practice. Variations can be made on the "depth measure" (opposite width dimension) depending on the needs of the dwelling dwellers in terms of quantities - e.g. size small, medium and large. A single person will have needs other than large families with diapers! At given intervals, the mobile unit comes by and empties the multi-room waste bin (1). Renovation works pick up multi-room waste bin (1) at the household. The multi-room waste bin has wheels so it can be rolled over to the mobile unit. Text associated with Figure 3 Place the multi-room waste container (1) next to the buffer container (2) and attach it to the rocker. The rocker is not shown in the drawing. The rocker is identical to the systems already in use today and is attached to the base frame of the system (7). Via the rocker, the multi-room waste container (1) is emptied into the buffer container (2). A guide device, not shown in the drawing, between the multi-room waste container and the buffer container ensures that the waste falls into the correct space on the buffer container. When the multi-room waste bin (1) is emptied, it is tilted back to the ground and the waste worker can return it to the household. Meanwhile, the renovation worker can start emptying the buffer container. Text associated with Figures 4, 5 and 6 Emptying the buffer container is done as follows: Buffer container (2) is raised via vertical guide. A devised "telescoping" not shown in the drawing will be used. The buffer container is then passed horizontally across the rail (4). The bottom damper in the buffer container (3) remains upright after vertical lifting. Thus, there is no bottom in the buffer vessel during the horizontal movement. Waste from the various compartments can therefore freely fall down through the holes shown in the rail due to gravity (4). The buffer container and rail are designed geometrically (see Figure 5A) so that the movement is controlled and the buffer container cannot "jump off" the rail. Waste falls into the compartmentalized container parts (5) and (6), and the individual waste types remain separate on the mobile unit. When the emptying of the buffer container is completed, it is returned to the initial position. The buffer container will have a size so that it can hold approx. 3 times the contents of a multi-room waste container. Thus, the buffer container does not need to be emptied after each emptying of the multi-room waste bin. The two outer compartments of the buffer compartment will be extra large compared to the outer compartments of the multi compartment waste receptacle (1). These spaces are reserved for waste types which are volume limiting factors. Text associated with Figure 7 In order to reduce the number of necessary emptying of the container part, some types of waste (eg combustible residue) but not all types (eg glass) will need compression in the container part. A solution here is devised, but not shown in the drawing. When the container part is filled, it is emptied as follows: Container portions (5) and (6) are routed laterally beyond the sides of the mobile unit via strong guides. Buffer container emptying rail is attached to a structure seated on the bottom frame (7) and does not rest on the container portions (5) and (6) and therefore remains upright. Below each compartment in the container parts, there are separate bottom flaps (8) that can be released / opened one at a time and the mobile unit can then be moved around so that the individual waste types can be emptied in the right places. Since both sides of the container parts are ejected simultaneously, the balance of the mobile unit is ensured so that it does not tip over. The size of the bottom frame outline (7) (the emptying system) shown corresponds to a 20 foot shipping container, but larger or smaller emptying system may also be applicable. To facilitate understanding of the principle of the system, there is no overlay on the container parts of the drawing, but it will be in practice. System options: A weighing system can be introduced into the buffer tank bottom damper (3) under each compartment as well as any. volume sensors in each room so that a settlement can be performed. A chip in the multi-room waste container (1) can identify the address, and the owner of the apartment can possibly. get a refund equal to the amount of recyclable waste he submits. The mobile device can also be used for large garbage. Here, the multi-room waste container (1) and tilting device for emptying it are then ignored. Furthermore, the buffer container (2) will, if appropriate, have a different configuration with a larger space.
